Refund policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is applicable to all purchases made through Infibloom.com.au(“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Policy operates in addition to, and does not limit, any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

1. OUR 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange (subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law).

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  2. You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).

Important: Items sent back without first contacting us for a return authorization will not be accepted.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

  • Inspection Upon Delivery
    Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at shayne@infibloom.com.au. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Consumer Guarantees
    Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your product fails to meet certain consumer guarantees (e.g., if it is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or doesn’t match the description). Nothing in this Policy excludes these statutory rights.


3. EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Return the Original: First return the item you have according to the return process above.
  2. New Order: Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product you want is no longer in stock, a refund or alternative solution will be offered in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items
    If the product you received is faulty or incorrect, we will generally bear the reasonable return shipping costs (if applicable), in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Change of Mind
    In cases where you are returning a product due to a change of mind (and the item is not faulty or otherwise covered by consumer guarantees), you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise specified by us. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance; we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.


5. EU CUSTOMERS: 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, for any reason and without providing a justification.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging).
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs in this scenario may be at your expense, depending on local regulations, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. REFUNDS

  1. Processing Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.

  2. Bank/Credit Card Processing
    Please note that banks or credit card companies can take additional time to process and post refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at shayne@infibloom.com.au

  3. Partial Refunds / Deductions
    In some circumstances (e.g., item not returned in its original condition, missing parts, or showing signs of use), we may offer only a partial refund or reject the return altogether. We will notify you of the outcome via email.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, modify, or limit your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation. You are entitled to certain guarantees for goods and services, and any exclusions or limitations in this Policy only apply to the extent permissible by law.
