Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines the procedures and terms for all shipments processed by Infibloom.com.au (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated herein.


1. DELIVERY ZONES

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. SHIPPING COST

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all purchases delivered within Australia. There are no additional handling fees or surcharges unless otherwise specified in the product listing or checkout.


3. PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

  1. Order Processing

    • We typically require 2 business days to process and prepare your order before dispatch.
    • Orders placed after 10 a.m. (Weekdays) may be processed the following business day.
  2. Shipping Carrier & Estimated Delivery

    • All orders are shipped via Australia Post (Auspost).
    • The estimated delivery time once dispatched is 4–8 business days.
    • Please note that Auspost does not operate on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), so orders will not be shipped out on these days.
  3. Holidays & Peak Periods

    • During holiday seasons or busy promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended due to high volume.

4. TRACKING INFORMATION

  1. Tracking Notifications

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
    • You can use this tracking number on the Auspost website to check the real-time status of your delivery.
  2. Status Updates

    • If you do not see any status updates, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking details.

5. HOW YOUR ORDER ARRIVES

Your order may arrive in a parcel, letter satchel, or box, depending on the size, weight, and nature of the item(s). Please be aware that multiple items may be shipped in separate packages if necessary.


6. MISSING ITEMS OR DELIVERY ISSUES

  1. Missing or Incomplete Orders

    • If you receive fewer items than purchased or notice any discrepancies in your order, please contact us immediately.
    • Include your order number and a description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
  2. Tracking Not Updating or Lost in Transit

    • If your tracking information has not moved for an extended period or if you suspect your package is lost, please contact us.
    • We will liaise with our Auspost Business Account representatives to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
